Our mission at the Tanner-Prince agency is to provide quality and excellence to our customers. We are committed to meeting the needs of our community here in Pawling, New York and providing a unique customer experience not found elsewhere.  

We will accomplish our mission the following ways: By being a pioneer in our industry. We are operating in a rapidly changing economic and social environment. The advent of the internet and social media has caused a riffle in all industries. However, after entering the insurance domain we have found that the majority of insurance agents and brokers are not offering services that reflect the changing times. We strive to offer our clients the most up to date customer experience available. This means utilizing technology to make transactions easier for both the agent and the customer.

Our emergency contact program: what would happen if catastrophe struck when you were traveling for business or on vacation? This program aims to solve problems and relieve the anxiety associated with traveling away from your home. 

Informative webinars: we are creating a library of information packed webinars and live broadcasts to help our customers understand how insurance works, its benefits and pitfalls, and how to get the most out of your insurance policy.

Live radio broadcasts: specialist guest hosted radio broadcasts that will focus on current trends, products, or services related to the insurance market.  There is a broad range of topics that will be covered as we try to help people learn ways to better their quality of life. Online account access: make policy changes, request ID cards, and pay bills from your computer or cell phone.  

Electronic billing: receive premium notices and bills in your email inbox instead of receiving paper bills in your mailbox. This helps save trees and reduce insurance costs for everyone.  

We are a mobile company: this means we have all the same cababilities while on the road that we do in the office. We are therefore able to help our customers no matter our current location. This includes sending and receiving faxes and emails via mobile phone; or the ability to make home visits when neccessary.  

Online education resources: mentioned above, we are developing a full range of online webinars and videos that help explain insurance products to customers in simple terms. We are creating a special series to shed some light on some of the issues your insurance agent or broker won't discuss with you such as: commissions, how agents earn money, ways consumers are taken advantage of, things insurance companies don't want you to know.  

We will be suggesting tools and resources available online that will help make your daily lives easier. We utilize and review all websites before recommendations are made.

Free video of the interior and exterior of your home for the purpose of a visual documentation of your belongings. These videos are vital in the event of a complete or partial loss of your home. They can also serve as evidence of owned property when filing a claim.

 Michael Zimmerman, Personal Financial Representative

Mike's strength as a Personal Financial Representative comes from having over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. With his experience and training, he is able to help customers define and achieve their financial goals.

Mike is a graduate of The University of Maryland with a degree in economics and business. He began his career in 1990 with The Equitable Life Insurance Company in New York, NY and in 2004, joined the Allstate team.

Last year, Mike's commitment to his customers earned him the Honor Ring Designation with Allstate and the Million Dollar Round Table Designation within the Life Insurance Industry.

Mike resides in Carmel, NY with his wife Shari, and children Anna and Ella. He enjoys all types of activities with family and friends.

Diane Krahm, Benefits Specialist

Diane is our workplace benefits specialist.  She focuses on voluntary benefits. Diane brings with her a keen insight into her specialization, as she has worked in the industry for multiple companies, most recently Aflac. 

Diane decided to leave Aflac to join Allstate in January 2010 because we offer a better product giving her a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
